Main group and organometallic chemistry

Our key research interest is the study of reactive, low-valent main group and organometallic complexes; these complexes are targetted with careful ligand design which often utilises metal-ligand co-operativity. By understanding the fundamental structure and bonding of these complexes, we aim to uncover new stoichiometric and catalytic reactivity with small molecules.
